Semi-Private Personal Training

Here at Holistix Fitness we recognize that a physical fitness regiment can be overwhelming, that’s why we have developed a community that is fun and uplifting.

Our trainers will lead you through a full resistance and aerobic training session, where we will teach your body to move the way it is intended to. You are going to hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull, and twist while working with different modalities from resistance bands, sandbags, free weights, cables, and more. We also focus on different muscle groups each day to prevent burnout.

Semi-Private Personal Training involves 5 or less people per class, pairing advanced students with intermediate students, and intermediate students with beginners. We believe that part of learning is teaching, which means you will be a part of a community that helps one another learn and grow.

Individual Training

Unlike other gyms, there is no intimidation factor at Holistix Fitness. Individual training guarantees that you’ll move at a pace and difficulty level designed specifically for you. No matter what your goal is, we can help you reach it.

HISTORY OF HOLISTIX FITNESS

An athlete in her own right, Amber Harbaugh is certified in sports performance training, fitness training, and nutrition, and has coached everyone from Olympic pole vaulters to physical rehabilitation patients to beginners who have never stepped inside a gym. She created Holistix Fitness to be a comfortable, inviting community for athletes and non-athletes to take control of their health, fitness, and lives.

Amber specializes in one-on-one and small-group training. She will work with you to identify your unique challenges and goals in order to create a regimen catered to your specific needs. She can also recommend additional health specialists including chiropractors, physical therapists, and naturopathic doctors to help supplement your other health needs.
